What we collect
When you register, we ask for your name, mobile number, email, whether you are at school, college, an institute or preparing for an exam, the name of your school, college or institute, date of birth, gender and current city. When you contact us, we ask for your name, age, gender, email and your question.
Why we collect it
- To show you the exams, admissions, apprenticeships and scholarships you are eligible for.
- To remind you about deadlines you choose to save.
- To answer your questions.
We do not sell your data. We do not show targeted advertising to anyone under 18.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before you register.
Where it is stored
Your registration details and questions are stored in our secure database, hosted in India (Supabase, Mumbai region). Only authorised Student Nation team members can see them, and each team member sees only what their role needs. Your browser also keeps a copy of your own details so the site remembers you.
Your choices
You can see all your details and delete your account at any time from the "Hi, your name" button at the top of the site. Deleting needs a one-time password sent to your registered mobile.
Information on the site
We check listings against the sources linked in each one, but dates and rules can change. The official notice is always final. Student Nation never takes applications or fees on behalf of any exam body or institution.
